These 20 minute sessions allow you to work with a trained meditation instructor to learn more about meditation styles to fit your personal needs. During each session we’ll explore breathwork and a new style of meditation. The following sessions are free, drop-in classes, and you may attend as frequently as you like. All participants and instructors must be masked. With Zoom, you can save session recordings to a local device. They investigate the issue, interview stakeholders, and develop a project plan. During the semester students work on a social issue of their choice. Zoom supports meetings with up to 300 participants by default. The iGive community opens up a spring semester course to introduce all interested Carillon students to the concept of social innovation, while exploring the many mechanisms for achieving social impact. It allows users to host, participate and record meetings and features an intuitive user interface.
